Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) organized a seminar on “Higher Education overseas and Future Careers” jointly with the University of the West of Scotland (UWS).
The main topic was presented by Farhan Rohila, Head of International Students Recruitment, UWS.
The seminar was conducted by Zillur Rahman, Director, Overseas Programmes and Collaboration, NUB.
At the seminar, the speakers gave emphasis on how to transfer credits for higher education, the education environment and increasing one’s skills.
Furthermore, the speakers urged the students to improve their skills in order to keep up with the developed world.
Others present at the seminar included Dr AWM Abdul Haque, acting Vice Chancellor, NUB, Prof Dr Anwarul Karim, Pro Vice Chancellor and noted Researcher on Lalon, NUB, and Anwar Hussain, Treasurer, NUB
Also present at the seminar were Deans of the various programmes, heads of the various departments, teachers, officials and students.
