The 25th meeting of the Academic Council of Northern University Bangladesh (NUB) was held recently at the Board room of NUB. Vice Chancellor of NUB, Prof Dr Anwar Hossain presided over the meeting.
Nominated by the Syndicate, members of the Academic Council Prof Dr M. Kaykobad of BUET, Prof Dr Abu Yousuf Md. Abdullah of IBA, DU and the Chairman, NUB Trust, Prof Dr Kazi Saleh Ahmed, former VC, Jahangirnagar University were present.
The meeting reviewed the minutes of the 24th Academy Council, reviewing the progress of the implementation of earlier plans, approving the final results of honours and masters in the decisions of the 75th CBE meeting, various aspects of preparatory implementation of the 4th convocation, the admission progress of the current semester and discussed including many other academic Subjects. NUB Registrar Md. Rashidul Islam conducts the meeting.
Besides, other members of the Academic Council, the Pro-VC of Northern University Prof Dr Anwarul Karim, Treasurer of Northern University, Md. Anwar Hussain, members of the NUB Trust, Deans of various faculties, Departmental Heads and Faculty Members were present
