The National University (NU) Senate on Saturday passed a Taka 422 crore 77 lakh and 93 thousand budget for the fiscal year 2017-18 in the annual senate session on the university campus in Gazipur.
NU Treasurer Professor Md Noman Ur Rashid placed the budget with Vice- Chancellor Professor Harun-Or-Rashid in the chair, said a NU press release .
The Senate also approved revised budget of Taka 289 crore 40 lakh and 20 thousand for the year fiscal year 2016-2017, the release added.
