The initial public offering (IPO) lottery draw of NRBC Bank was held on Wednesday to allocate its 120 million ordinary shares among successful applicants at The Westin Dhaka. Chairman of the bank S M Parvez Tamal, Managing Director & CEO Md. Mukhter Hossain, Company Secretary Md. Mozammel Hossain, Chief Financial Officer Harunur Rashid, a number of directors and shareholders of the bank were present on the occasion. Minister for Water Resources Col. Zahid Faruk (Retd.) was present as special guest. BAB Chairman Nazrul Islam Mazumder, various chairmen, directors, managing directors, university teachers and shareholders were also present among others. The lottery draw was conducted using digital platform under the supervision of a representative team from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), said a press release.
The IPO subscription of NRBC Bank was held from 3 to 9 February.
