Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of NRB Bank Ltd and Chairman and Managing Director of Al Haramain Perfumes Group of Companies of UAE has been honoured as ‘Commercially Important Person’ (CIP) by the Bangladesh government for his outstanding contributions to the country’s economy.
Rahman has clinched the title of the Highest Remittance Sender among the remitters through proper channel for the year 2017 in the NRB Category. The government has published a gadget on November 3 in 2019 in this regard. He achieved the CIP status for consecutive six years.
