Novoair, the leading private airline of the country received the “Domestic Airline of the Year- 2019”. It also won the “Best Customer Friendly” airline trophy.
Novoair was recognised as the best domestic airline and customer friendly airline at ‘Monitor Airline of the Year-2019’ event at a city hotel recently.
Mofizur Rahman, managing director, Novoair, received the awards from Qatar Ambassador to Bangladesh, Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Dehimi.
Novoair also was awarded with Silver trophy for on time performance and Bronze for inflight service.
The award was awarded based on the online survey of regular passengers organized by the prominent Travel and Tourism publication “The Bangladesh Monitor”.
