Novoair, one of the private airlines of the country, has introduced online check-in service for first time among the local carriers to make travel process easier and convenient for its passengers.
From now, the Novoair passengers can complete the check-in process from their home by selecting their preferred seats.
After the online check-in, e-boarding pass will also be sent to the passenger email address. The passengers will need to collect their boarding pass from the Novoair check-in counters before the flight, which will save their time.
This was revealed at a press meet on Sunday where Novoair Managing director Captain (retd) Mofizur Rahman formally inaugurated “Web Check-in service” in Kurmitola Golf Club in the capital.
Apart from the web check-in service, the Novoair also launched a mobile App that will enable its passengers to book and purchase tickets, get information about flight status and services of Frequent Flyer Programme-SMILES from their smart phone.
