Novo Nordisk SVP due today

Frederik Kier, senior vice president of Novo Nordisk, the worlds’ largest insulin producer, is scheduled to arrive at Dhaka today (Saturday).
He is the regional chief of AAMEO (Africa, Asia, Middle East and Oceania) covering a large geographical area with more than 110 countries, says a press release.
During his visit he will sign a MoU with Diabetic Association of Bangladesh to develop the country’s first national electronic patient registry for people living with diabetes.
He will also visit the world’s largest private hospital for diabetes treatment: BIRDEM and meet Novo Nordisk’s Bangladesh officials. He will also visit the world’s largest clinic for children living with diabetes: changing diabetes® in children.
Frederik started his career with Novo Nordisk in 1999 as financial controller. He has held various roles within global marketing up until 2007 where he became strategic operations director, regional office Far East based in Bangalore, India.
