Preventing that frizz, and controlling that unruly mane is an ongoing war for those with curly hair. But there’s nothing like a twisty-curly mane of hair to shout out ‘sexy’! So, rather than paying a bomb to get them straightened, nourish those curls. Here’s how…
Mix equal amounts of apple cider and water – massage into shampooed, wet hair. Leave on for a few minutes, and rinse. Try and do this at least once a month.
Get a hot-oil massage regularly. Go to a parlour, or take some herbal oil, warm it up, and massage it into your hair and scalp. Once done, wrap a hot towel around your head for a few minutes, and leave on the oil for two hours before shampooing it all off.
Eggs are a good conditioner for frizzy hair. Beat two eggs with olive oil, apply. Leave on for half, and shampoo your hair.
Mash an avocado, add two tablespoons of yogurt. Beat it into a paste, and apply it to your hair. Leave it on for 20 minutes, rinse with cold water. Repeat this twice a week.
Beer can soften your hair. Wash your hair with a regular shampoo, then do a final beer rinse (you can use leftover beer).
