A magnificent uneaten century by Junaid Siddique saw North Zone dominated the first day as they scored 327 for 4 against Central Zone at stumps on the first day of four-day Bangladesh Cricket League held on Saturday at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong.
Junaid played an impressive knock of 172-run off 276 balls laced with 19 boundaries to remain unbeaten along with Dhiman Ghosh who was firm on wicket with 51 for the second day’s play.
Shahidul Ilsma bagged two wickets giving away 78 runs.
