A two-day long Jatiyo Nobanno Utsab was held at Bakultala of the Faculty of Fine Arts of Dhaka University recently.
Jatiyo Nobanno Utsab Udjapan Parishad organised the festival to mark the first day of Bengali month Agrahayan.
President of Sommilito Sangskritik Jote, Golam Kuddus was present as the chief guest and also spoke at the inaugural session on the occasion.
Among others, organiser Laila Hasan and convener of the organising body Shahriar Salam also attended the session.
The festival included folk music, dance, recitation, colorful procession, photo exhibition, and performance by indigenous artistes.
