Chalrman of the University Grants Commission Prof Abdul Mannan said, educated youths should be more trained and efficient for sustaining the global competitions.
He said there is no alternatives of efficiency in respective fields. He disclosed it while addressing the workshop on ‘Techniques for the Preparation of Plastlnetted Organs for the Anatomi museum’ at Chattogram Veterinary & Animal Science Auditorium on Thursday as Chef Guest.
Vice chancellor of the CVASU ProfDr. Goutam Buddha Das graced the occasion as chief patron. Founding vice chancellor of the CVASU Prof. Dr. Natishi Chandra Devnath and Prof. Dr Abul Kashem and Prof. Md. Abdul Halim were present in it as special guests.
In four technical session of the workshop, teachers from different universities and research institutions participated UGC chairman further said present govt is giving priority in education sector and recently govt has approved a fund for 200 million dollars for development of higher studies.
The implementation works of the project will begin soon, he added. CVASU vice chancellor delivered address of welcome on the occasion, a university sources said.
