Former Minister for forest and environment and chairman of the parliamentary standing committee on Forest & Environment Ministry Dr Hasan Mahmood said there is no alternative of technical education to build the nation perfectly.
He was addressing the annual prize distribution ceremony of Chittagong Technical college(CTC) and the opening ceremony of Chittagong Institute of Engineeering and Technology duly enlisted with the Chittagong University at LEGD auditorium on Sunday as chief guest.
He said technical education is the only mode of way to free the unemployed youths from the curse of the unemployment.
He also emphasized the patriotism towards the country side by side with education. Principal of the college KM Musa presided over it. Among others chairman of Technical education Board Dr. Mostafizur Rahman, Prof. of CU Dr. Sekandar Ali, Director of Technical Education Directorarte Md. Babar Ali, Prof. Dr. Benu Kumar, Prof. Dr. Abdur Rashid, Dr. Rezaul Karim and Dr. Ashotosh Saha spoke on the occasion.
