10m children not enrolled in the country!

QUOTING a UNESCO policy paper, a national daily reported that about 10 million children, adolescent and youths are not enrolled in school in Bangladesh. The number is quite shocking while the successive governments claim of attaining the great achievement of a hundred percent enrollment at the primary level.
