Easily one of the most ambitious projects that actress Nithya Menen has taken up to date, Praana, the one actor film directed by V K Prakash, has opened to great responses in its Malayalam release. Big names like cinematographer P C Sreeram, sound designer Resul Pookutty are associated with the project that was simultaneously made in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. While the Malayalam release has hit theatres first, the optimistic response from crowds and critics alike should serve as a boost for the filmmakers ahead of the release in other languages.
