When it was announced that Priyanka Chopra and her sister Parineeti are voicing Elsa and Anna for ‘Frozen 2’ in Hindi, there was wild speculation that Kajal Aggarwal and her sister Nisha will be voicing the characters in Telugu.
However, it has now been announced that Nithya Menen has been roped in to dub for Elsa, originally played by Idina Menzel. “Guess who is Elsa in Telugu..! Coming soon! Walt Disney’s “Frozen 2″in Telugu onNovember 22…. Don’t miss it :)” (sic) wrote the actress, sharing the news on her social media. “When Frozen 2 was offered to me I immediately said yes because it’s one of the most heart-warming scripts I’ve ever read,” says the actress, adding, “I am in awe of Elsa and it’s exciting to be able to dub for my Telugu fans.
Nithya Menen reportedly even called her a character that is loved and is a true inspiration for little girls. Nithya was last seen in ‘Mission Mangal’ with Akshay Kumar, Parineeti Chopra, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari, Taapsee Pannu, and Sharman Joshi.
