Close Up 1 famed popular singer Nishita Barua once again rendered an original song in the dialect of Chattogram. The song was written by legendary lyricist Shahid Mahmud Jangi. The song was composed by Nishith Surjo and its music was arranged by Mir Masum.
Nishita informed that the song has been released on Nishith Surjo’s YouTube channel on February 14 on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. Earlier, Nishita rendered popular regional songs of Chattogram as the cover songs. However, after taking a short break, she has rendered an original song again.
While taking about her new song, Nishita said, “Every time I listen to the song, I like it. I hope the listeners will like it too. And it is definitely a great blessing for me that the respected Shahid Mahmud Jangi Bhai has written a song for me that too in the dialect of Chattogram. This song got included in the list of my original songs. It is also a matter of delight for me. It’s a gift for my fans on this year’s Valentine’s Day.”
Nishita also said that she is not busy with the stage show right now. For a personal reason, she will remain busy the entire month. But from the beginning of March, she will get busy with stage shows again.
Earlier, Nishita also rendered Chattogram’s dialect’s song titled Samajik Sompriti. The lyrics of the song were written by Ashik Bondhu and its tune was composed by Sumon Kalyan.
