Close Up 1 famed popular singer Nishita Barua’s latest song Roktomakha Shiri was released
on the occasion of National Mourning Day. Sujon Kumar Hajong, Director of Ethnic Cultural Academy at Birisiri of Durgapur in Netrokona, wrote lyrics of the song. Sumon Kalyan composed tune and music. The song was released on Sujon Hajong’s official YouTube channel on August 16. Noted TV actress Tareen Jahan performed as model in the song. Sohel Rana Boyati made music video of the song produced by Sujon Hajong. After releasing the song, Nishita is getting huge response from the music-lovers and her fans. Earlier, she did not have any experience to render any song with Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. While sharing her feelings in this regard Nishita Barua said, “First of all,
it is really a nice song. In fact,
we, who were related to the song, gave a lot of efforts for it. During childhood I liked to
render patriotic songs. Because while rendering patriotic songs my emotion works lot. To render this song, my inner feelings worked. During childhood,
I won first prizes to render patriotic songs. Many listeners like to hear religious and folk songs in my voice. I rendered the song Roktomakha Shiri with expressing my full emotion. Tareen Apu also performed well in the music video. I am getting response
for the song. I give thanks to Sujonda and Sumon Kalyanda.” Nishita also said that she has already finished works of her fifth song which lyrics and tune were composed by Jahangir Rana. Akash Mahmud has
composed its music. Nishita returned to stage show on August 13. She has already taken part in a stage show in Chattogram. Nishita’s another new song titled Moner Dukkho was also released. Its lyrics were written by Abdul Mukit and tune was composed by S K Shanu while H R Liton has
composed its music.
