Prominent children’s litterateur and columnist Nisath Sultana has been awarded the 1st prize of 15th Meena Media award in the category of Creative Print and Online Media. She has awarded for the children’s story book Sobar Bondhu Piku which was published by Ponkhiraz Publishers.
Renowned author Selina Hossain, Unicef greeting person and popular film actress Arifa Zaman Moushumi, magician Jewel Aich, cricket super star Shakib-al-Hasan, Representative of Unicef, Bangladesh, Tomoo Hozumi and other prominent personalities were presented there and handed over the crest to her. This prestigious award ceremony was held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon, Dhaka recently. It is noted that Nisath Sultana has been awarded the 2nd prize of 14th Meena Media award in the same category last year.
