The two times National Film Award winner actress Nasrin Akter Nipun, popularly known as Nipun to all, does not see frequently to act in except good story and character based movies and dramas. In fact, she has no interest to act in good story and role based works. For this reason, she was last seen to act in Saidul Islam Rana’s movie Birottwo. After liking story and her role, Nipun showed her keen interest to work in this movie. For last five years, she has been passing busy days with her beauty related commercial organisation, Tulip Nails & Spa and Tulip Fashion.
In country’s different disasters, besides extending her assistances to the actors, Nipun also worked for the common people. In different festivals, she continues these types of activities. She also made herself as a humanitarian actress. Besides acting in movies, she also got appreciation from the viewers to work in TV dramas. She also acted in a web series titled Garden Game. Riaz and Poppy also worked with her in this web series. Before Birottwo, Nipun last worked in Uttam Akash’s movie Dhushor Kuasha. She got the National Film Awards for acting in Shah Alam Kiron’s Saajghor (2008) and Mohammad Hossain’s Chander Moto Bou (2009). Basically these two movies brought her into limelight as a heroine.
Today is Nipun’s birthday. While talking about her
birthday director Shah Alam Kiron said, “In Saajghor, I saw that Nipun who later established her position in the big screen by virtue of her talent and efforts. She made herself as a noted actress. It is really praiseworthy that she has reached into the category of top class actors of our country. I wish success on her birthday.”
