NILPHAMARI: An advocacy meeting on effective vaccination, protection of everyone was held at Modern Sadar Hospital Conference Hall marking the World Vaccination Day on Tuesday. Dr Abu Hena Mostafa Kamal, Acting Civil Surgeon , Nilphamari presided over the meeting.
