Dr. Mizanur Rahman, Chairman National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) addressing the district conference of human rights activists on Saturday in Barguna advised the PM to keep distances from flatterers to get real picture of the situation.
He said, we are watching that people are becoming victims of abduction, disappearances, missing but the step to ensure safety and security of the people could not be visible.
Ensuring safety and security of the life and properties of citizens are the most important duty of the government. There are ghost inside the mustard that means when a virus in the antidote, antidote becomes inactive and failure.
The NHRC chairman as chief guest was addressing the Barguna district conference of the human rights activists at RDF auditorium in Barguna district town.
Trading of making hostages going on in the country. Government should immediately stop and prevent this trading. If only political game like blaming and counter blaming between the rivals going on with such kind of serious issue, then it would not the overcome and solved, the NHRC chief opined.
Dr. Mizan told that red-alert issued for the leaders and activists of a political party. And it is astonishing that how that political party thinks only about the safety and security of their own activists and leaders, instead of the mass people of the country.
