Mahbubur Rahman and Syed M. Altaf Hussain have been elected as the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of National Housing Finance and Investments Limited respectively. The 219th board of directors meeting of the company held recently and took the decision for 2 years, said a press release.
Mahbubur Rahman is the President of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)- Bangladesh, also the Chairman & CEO of ETBL Holdings Limited and Founder Chairman, Eastland Insurance Company Limited, Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre and International Publications Limited (Publishers of The Financial Express). Besides, newly elected Vice Chairman Syed M. Altaf Hussain is the Chairman of Pragati Insurance Limited, has had a long and distinguished career in the fields of food grains, crop nutrition, business development, high-rise building development, with over 36 years of experience.
