Security personnel have evacuated passengers and crew from two aircrafts operating from New Delhi’s international airport after they received anonymous phone calls of explosives being placed in the planes.
Passengers of an Air India domestic flight from New Delhi to eastern Bhubaneshwar city have been taken off the aircraft Thursday and their baggage was being checked, Press Trust of India said.
4 arrested for planning attack in Paris

French anti-terrorism police arrested four Islamist radicals on Wednesday on suspicion they were planning an imminent attack in central Paris, TF1 television said.
Three men and one women were arrested at dawn in Paris and the nearby northern suburb of Seine-Saint-Denis. Security forces had files on four of them for their Islamist ties, TF1 said on its web site.
Myanmar plans ethnic ministry

Myanmar’s incoming government announced plans Thursday to create a ministry for ethnic affairs, marking the importance it places on relations with minorities in a country scarred by festering civil wars and sectarian tensions.
The move was contained within a wider civil service reform plan announced in parliament.
