Kindergarten Assoc’s Confec held at Ishwardi

The Kindergarten Association’s Friendly Conference was held at Pre-Cadet and Kindergarten premises of Ishwwardi Upazial on Saturday . The conference was inaugurated by Bir Muktijodha Alhaj Nuruzzaman Biswas, Member of Parliament of Pabna-4 Constituency. Association president Lutfar Rahman presided over the programme. Among others, Upazila Chairman Bir Muktijodha Alhaj Naib Ali Biswas, Municipal Mayor Isaac Ali Malitha, Former Mayor and Upazila Awami League General Secretary Abul Kalam Azad Mintu, Eminent Educationist Professor Uday Nath Lahiri, Press Club President Prof Swapan Kumar Kundu, Former President Mostak Ahmed Kiran and Vice Chairman Atia Ferdous Kakli were the special guests.The programme was conducted by the director of Sakal Pre-Cadet and Kindergarten Mahidul Islam.
Medical camp held in Fulgazi

A free medical camp named ‘Alpana Chowdhury free medical camp’ was held in Fulgazi under the initiative of the freedom fighter Abdur Rahim Chowdhury Foundation (MARC Foundation) at Bandua Daulatpur Chowdhury house of Anandpur Union on Friday. The activities of the camp included diabetes check-up and health education . About seven hundred and fifty people were provided free blood pressure diagnosis, diabetes test and general health-related medical advice. Participated physicians of the camp were Dr. Nurjahan Simi, Dr. Zobair Ibn Khair, Dr. Farhan Fuad Ahmed, Dr. Sajid Anwar, Dr. Shahriar and Dr. Omaiya .
Housewife commits suicide

A housewife named Rima Khatun (20) was committed suicide by drinking poison in Baraigram of Natore. Rima is the daughter of Asmat Ali of Manair village in Jonail Union of Baraigram Upazila and the second wife of Sahabul Islam, a hotel worker of Baraigram. He has a son named Rifat Hussain of one and a half years old. Local UP ward member Ratan Ali said that Rima got married to Sahabul Islam about three years ago. Rima lived in her father’s house after marriage. But for the last six months, the husband did not pay maintenance of Rima and their child. As a result, she was in financial straits.As a result, she poisoned herself in his bedroom on Thursday morning.
