One held with 890 grams heroin
C’NAWABGANJ : Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged drug peddler with 890 grams of heroin from Shibganj in the district on Monday night. The arrested person is Md. Babu alias Tinus Babu, 20, of Uttar Uzirpur village at Shibganj upazila. RAB said acting on detective information, an operation team of the elite force conducted a raid at Babu’s house at 10.35 pm. The team found heroin after searching the house and arrested Babu. Later, the arrested person with heroin was handed over to the police. A case was filed, reports BSS.
