Petrol bombs, gun powder recovered in Bajitpur

Kishoreganj district police recovered 20 abandoned petrol bombs, gun powder and explosive materials from Mathurapur paddy field in Bajitpur upazila of Kishoreganj on Sunday evening. Additional Police Super (Cime) Syed Abu Sayeem said , on secret information , police conducted a drive in Mathurapur paddy field and recovered the explosives.Miscreants might have kept the fire bombs there to carry out sabotage on Bajitpur-Dhaka Highway. None was arrested in this connection.
