25 bank employees infected with COVID-19 so far
A total of 25 bank employees have been infected with coronavirus or COVID-19 in the country so far, according to media report.
Among those, there are 14 bank officers who have newly been infected with COVID-19.

Of the newly infected corona patients, there are four officers of Islami Bank of Syedpur Branch of Nilphamari, two officers from Rupali Bank, one from South East Bank of Khatunganj Branch, five from Agrani Bank and five from Sonali Bank.
565 physicians infected so far

At least 565 doctors at both government and private hospitals have so far been infected with coronavirus as of Monday while treating patients.
“Of them, 404 are from Dhaka division alone,” said Bangladesh Doctors Foundation (BDF).
According to the BDF statistics, 364 physicians were infected with the virus while treating patients at government hospitals while 147 at private hospitals. Fifty-four physicians are shown in other category.
Meanwhile, 61 doctors were diagnosed with Covid-19 in Mymensingh division while 15 in Chattogram, 29 in Khulna, 10 in Barishal, six in Sylhet and eight in Rangpur division. Besides physicians, police members, who have been working for maintaining social distance in cities, roads, highways and rural areas, are also getting infected at alarming rates.
As of Monday a total of 914 policemen were infected with the Covid-19.
Bangladesh reported a record number of 688 coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours till Monday, taking the total cases in the country to 10,143.
This is the highest daily surge since the first cases were detected in the country on March 8.
Earlier, highest 665 cases were reported in a 24-hour period on Sunday.
Besides, the death toll from coronavirus in the country has risen to 182 with five more deaths during the period.
