Foundation stone of ICT training laid at Dashiarchara

State Minister for ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak MP laid the foundation stone of Digital Service Employment Training Center at a cost of Tk75 lakh at former enclave Dashear Chara multilateral High School ground at Phulbari upazila in Kurigram district on Friday. The state minister said, the government has taken work plan to implement my village, my town. In Information and Communication Technology sector have been massive developed in the last 11 years. Ten crore people of the country are in Information and Communication Technology.96 percent people are under the electricity facilities. The enclave people were relieved from the sufferings of 68 years. The government is working for the people of the former enclave as they will skill receiving training. Skill teachers will make in all educational institutes in the country through ICT training. Phulbari UNO Masuma Arefin was in the chair where ADM Zelufa Sultana, President and General Secretary of Awami League of Kurigram District Unit Ex MP Md Jafar Ali and Aman Uddin Ahmed Monju respectively, newly promoted SP Mihajul Alam and General Secretary of Phulbari AL Golam Rabbani Sarkar spoke among others.
Internet Fair begins in Khulna

A 3-day long internet fair kicked off on Thursday with an aim to spread use of information technology in the southern part of the country among the grassroots through secure internet and introducing new technologies to the people. Khulna Internet Business Association (KIBA) organised the fair at Hotel Tiger Garden in the city. Mayor of Khulna City Corporation (KCC) Talukder Abdul Khaleque inaugurated the fair as chief guest with KIBA General Secretary Ashraful Haque in the chair. Chairman of Khulna Zila Parishad Sheikh Harun-ur Rashid, President of Internet Service Provider Association of Bangladesh Md Aminul Hakim, Regional Director of Bangladesh Computer Council in Khulna Engineer Sheikh Mafizur Rahman and Secretary of Bangladesh Computer Association Khulna Branch Md Nazmul Ahsan Rony addressed the inaugural ceremony as special guest.
Educational materials distributed among ethnic students

Equal Rights Organisation (ERO), a voluntary Organisation working to protect the rights of the ethnic minority and marginalised community’s people, distributed educational materials among the community’s children. ERO provides the aid among hundred ethnic primary and high school students in a function held at Budhpara Harijon Palli adjacent to Rajshahi University on Friday. On 16 July 2019, Rajshahi University ERO takes a project under 2019-20 fiscal years. ERO founder Raj Kiron Das in the programme said that only mindful students can play a vital role to build up a prosperous country and its nations. But the ethnic community’s all people cannot prepare them with the present time. It is high time to prepare them from all of side preventing existing barriers; the founder also said adding ERO provides the support to the ethnic community’s children so that they can see a dream to build their life by studying.
