Annual prize giving ceremony of TBCME held

The prize giving ceremony of Inter Temple Based Child and Mass Education (TBCME) was held at Deputy Commissioner Office premises in Bogura on recently. The function presided over by Additional District Magistrate Md Abdul Malek while DC Foyez Ahmed was present As Chief Guest. Bogura District Temple Based Child and Mass Education office arranged the function to motivate and inspired the students in the participation of co-curricular activities to flourish their latent talents side by side with academic courses. After completing the sports on the following day, DC Foyez Ahmed and Additional District Magistrate Md Abdul Malek formally distributed the prizes to the winners. The whole function was moderated by field supervisors Emdadul Haque and Abdul Wadud Sheikh while Assistance Project Director Md Saiful Islam spoke here giving advices among the presence.
Int’l Customs Day celebrated in Benapole Customs House

International Customs Day was celebrated in Benapole Customs House on Saturday morning. On the occasion, seminar ,rallies, awareness meeting held on Benapole Customs Club. The Chief Guest was present on the occasion, Sheikh Afil Uddin MP was present as Chief Guest and Benapole Customs Commissioner Belal Hossain Chowdhury presided the meeting. Member of the National Board of Revenue (Customs and Intelligence) Saiful Islam, Jessore Customs Commissioner Shawkat Hossain and Benapole C and F Agents Association President Mofizur Rahman Sajan were present as special guests. Benapole C and F Agents Association General Secretary Mdadul Haq Lata, Additional Commissioner of Customs Zakir Hossain and Deputy Commissioner Shakila Parvin spoke on the occasion, emphasizing the customs day. Former president of the association Shamsur Rahman, Sharsha Upazila Awami League General Secretary Nuruzzaman, Press Club President Mohsin Milon and Motiar Rahman were present. Chief Commissioner of Jessore Shawkat Hossain inaugurated the flag hoisting ceremony, festoon and Pigeon.
