CV writing workshop inaugurated at Charghat

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam MP visited various developmental works at Charghat Upazila in Rajshahi on Monday.He was present as Chief Guest at the inauguration ceremony of the workshop. This programme was organised by Radio Baral and NRB Jobs.Com at Charghat upazila Parishad hall room. On due time the debate competition and discussion meeting were held on specific topic. On the other hand, chief guest distributed final badminton competition and MP Night Cup Cricket trophy on Tuesday night in Sardah Govt. College play ground. Workshop on women, children development held

District Information Office of Kishoreganj arranged an advocacy workshop on women and child development, motivation and communication activities at Dhanapattuli Union Parished Hall Room in Kishoreganj Sadar upazila on Monday. Senior District Information Officer Md Shamsul Haque presided over the orientation workshop. It was addressed among others by Sadar UNO Abdullah-al-Masud, DPEO Md Sajjad Hossion, Senior Medical Officer of Family Planning Dr. Halima Khatun, CAB President and senior journalist Alam Sarowar Tito and Danapattuli Union Chairman Shakawat Hossion Dulal. At least 40 persons including, school teacher, imam sports organizar, NGOs worker, journalist, health visitor joined the workshop.
Science, tech fair begin in Gaibandha
GAIBANDHA: A three-day long “National Science and Technology Fair-2018” has begun at Gaibandha Govt. Boys’ High School of the town here on Wednesday amid much enthusiasm to the students, teachers and visitors. District administration has arranged the fair with the main thrust of making science and technology popular and projecting new innovation marking the “National Science and Technology Week” at the directive of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The objectives of the fair are to widely spread a message about the significance of scientific applications in the daily life of the people and display all the activities, efforts and achievements in the field of science for human welfare. A discussion meeting was also held at the hall room of the school in the afternoon with additional deputy commissioner (General) Muhammad Mizanur Rahman in the chair. Deputy Commissioner (DC) Gautam Chandra Pal attended the function as the chief guest and superintendent of police (SP) Abdul Mannan Miah was present as the special guest.DC Gautam Chandra Pal said our society and nation were being benefited much from the science and this fair would undoubtedly contribute utmost to create scientifically enlightened nation, reports BSS.
