He also said that Trump offered U.S. help to Russia in investigating a fatal plane crash on Sunday which killed 71 people on board.
Rwanda shuts radio station

Rwanda’s media watchdog has ordered a US-owned Christian radio station shut for three months after a “vile” sermon against women, it said Monday. The radio station, Amazing Grace FM, broadcast a sermon by local pastor Nicolas Niyibikora on January 29, in which he called women dangerous, evil and against the plans of God.
Israel arrests woman wanted in sex crimes

Israeli police has arrested a woman wanted in Australia for suspected sexual crimes. Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld says the woman, in her 50s, will appear before a court in Israel on Tuesday as Australia seeks to have her extradited. Rosenfeld says the woman was arrested on suspicion of obstructing court proceedings by attempting to hide evidence in her case. .
Park’s friend jailed in S Korea scandal

The friend of former South Korean leader Park Geun-hye who was at the center of an influence-peddling scandal that rocked the country’s business and political elite has been sentenced to 20 years in jail, a Seoul court said on Tuesday. The court also sentenced the chairman of the Lotte Group, the country’s fifth-largest conglomerate, to two years and six months in prison in the same case.
