Annual sports of Rampal College held

The annual sports and prize distribution ceremony of Rampal Govt. College (Proposed) was held on Saturday . Being presided over by the Principal (Acting) Sk. Saidur Rahman, MP of Rampal-Mongla Constituency Alhaj Talukder Abdul Khaleque distributed the prize among the winners as Chief Guest . Upazilla Vice Chairman Sk. Moajjem Hossain, AL Secretary and Sadar UP Chairman Alhaj Jamil Hasan Jamu and Mohila Vice Chairman Hosneara Mili were present as special guest in the function. Ex-Vice Chairman Md. Hamim Nuri, Ex-Principal of Digraj College Sk. Motahar Hossain, Lecturer of KU Law Discipline Talukder Rasel Mahamud, OC of Rampal Thana Md. Lutfar Rahman, Member of Zilla Parishad Ashit Baran Kundu, Perikhali UP Chairman Howlader Rofiqul Islam Babul, Baintala UP Chairman Md. Abdullah Fakir, Bashntali UP Chairman Alhaj Mohammad Ali, AL leader Md. Mannan, Secretary of Rampal Press Club Md. Saiful Alma Boktier, Vice President of PC F.M. Atiar Rahman, Join Secretary of PC Md. Robiul Islam, CL President Md. Hafizur Rahman, secretary Sk. Sadi as well as teachers , students of the college, honorable person of the locality were present in the function. The function came to an end at 10 p.m.The function was directed by Md. Mostofa Kamal Polash.
Livestock Service Day observed
The Livestock Service Day was observed in Rampal with festivity and great enthusiasm. To celebrate the day Upazila Livestock Department chalked an elaborate program. A rally was brought out recently with the participation of more than hundred people. To make the day more joyful , Upazila Livestock Office provide colorful t-shirt and caps among the participant. With the rhythm of Dram Party, the rally passed the main spot of Rampal Upazilla.
Potable water tank construction work inaugurated at Bochaganj

The construction work of ’25 thousand liters potable water tank’ at South Sadamahal Twiladangi Indigenous village under Bochaganj upazila in Dinajpur district was inaugurated on Tuesday. Deputy Commissioner, Dinajpur Mir Khairul Alam inaugurated the work laying the foundation stone as Chief Guest. The inaugural function organized by ESDO Premdip Project with assistance of Heks Epper was presided over by Ronga UP Chairman Md Anisur Rahman. Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Bochaganj Mr Sarwar Morshed and Assistant Engineer Md Iqbal Hossain Barendra Multipurpose Development Authority (BMDA) Bochaganj were present as special guests.
