Newly admitted students accorded reception in Baraigram

A total 507 girl students, newly admitted to the first year H.S.C class of the Bonpara Bangamatha Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Mahila Hon’s College were accorded reception recently. On the occasion, a function was held at it’s campus in Baraigram upazila under Natore district recently. Principal Abdur Razzak Mollah of the college presided over the function. Former State Minister, present District AL. Chairman and M.P. of Natore-4 seat Prof. Abdul Kuddus was present as a chief guest and District AL. leader Abdul Mannan Sarker, Baraigram upazila AL. Chairman Abdul Jalil Pramanik, Principal Barendra Moithra, Babu Gourpada Mondol were special guests in the function. Also it was addressed among others by Upazila Mohila Vice-Chairman Helena Begum, fomer U.P Chairman Abu Hena Mostafa Kamal, college students Shatarupa Shennel, Anamika Mondol. The chief guest Prof. Abdul Kuddus M.P. and Principal Abdur Razzak Mollah recieved newly admitted 507 students formally giving flower sticks. At the end, a cultural function was also held. Two hundred houses were lighted by connecting clectricity at the village Darikushi in Baraigram upazila under Natore district on last Tuesday. On the occasion, a function was held at the ground of Darikushi High School. Junail U.P. Chairman Tozammel Hossain presided over the function. District AL. Chairman and Member of Parliament (M.P.) of Natore-4 seat Prof. Abdul Kuddus was present as a chief guest. Upazila Nirbahi Officer Israth Farzana and General Manager (G.M.) Nitai Kumer Sarker were present as special guests. The chief guest Prof. Abdul Kuddus inaugurated electrification of 200 houses .
