Md Shamsul Alam, UNO, Bhangoora, Pabna has been selected as best UNO in the Rajshahi Division for his contribution in primary education. He has changed a lot in this sector in cost of his strenuous labour since August, 2014. His popularity is increasing among people representatives, civil society, youth groups, teachers and guardians for he has made special contribution to the prevention of drop out as well as encouraging hundred percent presence of students, teachers training, cultural activities, sports, school repairing works, bench supply, boundary wall construction, tree plantation, gardening in the school premises etc. He has not only made a model of moral education but also he has implemented it in all 99 primary schools in the upazilla. With the consultation of honourable MP Alhaz Md Mokbul Hossain, he has branded the Upazilla as ‘The Ethical Bhangoora’ made The Ethical Bhangoora Gate as well as the drug free Bhangoora gate at the terminal points of Bhangoora Upazilla.
Polash Loho : A promising artist

Polash Loho is hailed from Gafargaon Upazila in Mymensingh district. He was very active from his boyhood in cultural activities such as song, drawing picture, acting, recitation poem etc. He got himself admitted into Fine and Arts Department in Dhaka in 2005.He started university life. The actor completed his Masters from Shanta Marium University.Polash is very expert in painting. He participated in Art Exhibition in home and abroad. His paintings are being sold in abroad. He took lesson in singing from his aunt Gupa Loho, Ustad Ramnath Tagore, Indra Mohon Rajbongshi, Artist Haider Hossain, Nadira Begum, Mostofa Zaman Abbasi, and Basudeb Ghush. Polash Loho is now enlisted as a singer in Bangladesh Betar and Television. In the meantime, his two mixed album “Meghkumari” and ” Baba Prio Dhon” has been released by the music and direction of Bashudeb Ghush. “Megh Vanga Ruddhur” named a mixed album by Polash Loho singer, is coming soon in the market before Eidul-Fitr. Polash Loho is now busy in acting.
He is acting in Deshbangla Theatre since 2005.He has been earned appreciation to act on the stage by the banner of Deshbangla. His plays are Akhon AI Deshe’, Zulan” , “Ma Mati Manus” “Konkal o Sare Tin Hat”, “Chondalika” mentionable. He has also been praised in acting Chandalika drama’ by the banner of Deshbangla in the invitation at Delhi in India. He is now acting in short film regularly. His acted “Anakangkito Sotto” serial by Shraboni Ferdous has been aired in RTV. “Tomay Dekhbo Bole ” by Saiful Islam Manu has been telecast in Channel i.
