Newly appointed Treasurer of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Professor M Ali Asgor Moral took over on Tuesday.
President and Chancellor of BSMMU Abdul Hamid appointed Professor M Ali Asgor Moral, Dean of Dental Department of the university as the treasurer for three years on Aug 3.
After taking over the charge, the new Treasurer paid respect to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing floral wreaths at the mural at BSMMU. Vice-chancellor Professor Dr Kamrul Hassan Khan was present among others.
