LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Md Tajul Islam on Thursday said the new ministers led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would work restlessly to make Bangladesh as a developed country by 2041. “The new ministers under the dynamic leadership of the Premier will work with upmost sincerity for building a developed Bangladesh by 2041…So, people of the country can expect to witness massive development in next five years,” he told journalists while visiting the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) in city’s Agargaon area.
He also expressed hope that the new cabinet along with other meritorious and patriotic officials will accelerate the development pace of the country under the dynamic leadership of PM Sheikh Hasina. Dhaka South City Corporation Mayor Sayeed Khokon, Senior Secretary of Local Government Division (LGD) SM Golam Faruk and LGED Chief Engineer Abul Kalam Azad accompanied the minister during the visit.
