Cambridge Assessment English (part of the University of Cambridge) launched a new Cambridge English Exam Centre with Educan International Ltd in the capital recently.
Prof Dr Harun-or-Rashid, Vice Chancellor of National University was the chief guest at the event while ebastian Pearce, Director Examinations, British Council Bangladesh and TK Arunachalam, Regional Director (South Asia) of Cambridge Assessment English was present as special guests. Among others, senior officials from Cambridge English, educationists, principals of English medium schools, journalists, representative from British Council were present.
Cambridge Assessment English is a part of the University of Cambridge, a not-for-profit organization involved in developing and producing the most valuable range of qualifications for learners as well as teachers of English worldwide. Over 5 million Cambridge English exams are taken each year in more than 130 countries and more than 20,000 universities, employers, government ministries and other organizations rely on Cambridge English exams and qualifications as proof of English language ability.
EduCan International was established in 2015 which is a registered company in the UK and Bangladesh.
The objective of EduCan International is “creating opportunities and changing lives”. Since the inception of the organization it has been working for creating opportunities and changing lives of Bangladeshi youngsters.
