The new members of Bangladesh Press Council (BPC) led by its Chairman Justice Mohammad Momtaz Uddin Ahmed on Monday met with Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud at his office at Secretariat.
State Minister for Information Dr Murad Hasan and outgoing Information Secretary Abdul Malek were present there, said a press release here.
BPC members Naem Nizam, Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury, lawmaker Abdul Matin Khasru, Abdul Mazid, Syed Ishtiaq Reza, Mozaffar Hossain Paltu, Khandakar Moniruzzaman, MA Malek, Dil Afroza Begum, Habibullah Siraji, Syed Rezaur Rahman, Tasmima Hossain and Nur-e-Jannat Akhter Sima were also present on the occasion, it added.
