Newly appointed Bangladesh Ambassador to the Maldives Rear Admiral Kazi Sarwar Hossain made a courtesy call on President Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban on Monday. During the meeting, the President said there exists an excellent bilateral relation between Bangladesh and the Maldives, President’s deputy press secretary Abul Kalam Azad told UNB. Abdul Hamid asked the envoy to work for further strengthening the existing bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries.
