The Nesarabad Kamil Madrasa of Jhalakathi has topped the list of country-wide Dakhil examination result published by Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board on Saturday .
Mawlana Khalilur Rahman, Principal of the madrasa and Pieer of Nesarabad disclosing the facts, said cent percent of 300 Dakhil examinees of this madrsa passed and 274 of them received GPA-5, while the rest 24 received GPA-4.
Following special interactive, non-political and researching teaching and learning methods, student politics-free, peaceful and healthy academic environment in campus causes the success in the examination result, the principal explained.
Students passed from this madrasa also successfully admitted at different general and technical higher education institutes like engineering, medical colleges and universities.
Distinguished guests from home and abroad including US Ambassador also visited this model institution, said the principal of the madrasa.
Students also attributed the credits of their extra-ordinary successful results to the teachers and management authorities of the madrasa.
Latee, Mawlana Azizur Rahman Qayed Shaheb Huzur and Pir of Nesarabad established the madrasa in 1956 to spread Islamic education under scientific methods in the region.
