Two separate cases have been filed against a bank official and three of his relatives for allegedly occupying a house with 30 decimals land at Rupsodi village in Bancharampur upazila of Brahmanbaria district.
In the case filed with a Brahmanbaria court last week, Bhupenchandra Sutradhar of Rupsodi village alleged that Dilip Kumar Sutradhar of the same village has occupied his late father’s house of by making false document.
Since the filing of the case, Sonali Bank official Dilip Kumar Sutradhar is threatening Bhupenchandra Sutradhar to leave the village.
Bhupenchandra Sutradhar has been living in Comilla town with his sister’s family since the dead of his father Monmahan Sutradhar in 2009. In the mean time, Dilip Kumar has made false document claiming that there is no inheritance of late Monmahan Sutradhar.
Dilip Kumar claimed it in the local court and took order in his favour while the legal owner of the land Bhupenchandra Sutradhar, son of late Monmahan Sutradhar, has been absent.
After knowing the incident, victim Bhupenchandra Sutradhar tried to resolve the issue with Dilip Kumar through local union parishad members.
