Among the present generation’s anchors, Neel Hurerjahan has already established her position strong in media by virtue of her glamorous appearance, style and pronunciation. She has created a new dimension in anchoring of TV shows. Neel lost her mother on October 25, 2021. Then she took some times to recover her sorrow. According to Neel, her everything was revolved with mother. To get relief from her sadness, in December last year, she joined OTT platform, Chorki as officer partnership. But she continued anchoring during this time. She was continuing anchoring in stage and TV shows. Basically all of her engagement is with Chorki now. Besides it, she is anchoring shows now. After losing her mother, Neel has returned to own rhythm.
Meanwhile, Neel is anchoring News24’s programme, It’s Amazing. This show will cross 500 episodes soon. To mark 500th episode, Neel has special planning, according to her. She is also anchoring BTV’s music related show, Sur Sagor. But she is now mostly enjoying Deepto TV’s show, Dustu Misti Somporker Golpo. While talking about her own engagement with works, Neel Hurerjahan said, “After losing my mother, to remain myself busy I continued working. Now I am giving maximum time to Chorki. Therefore, I am anchoring shows regularly. In fact, I want to remain busy with my works. I remember my mother and I am missing her a lot. I cannot express the pain of losing mother in a word. Everybody prays for my mother. It’s Amazing is going to cross 500-episode. I have special planning to celebrate it. In the meantime, I am enjoying hosting Deepto TV’s new show. Overall, I remain well, Alhamdulillah.”
Neel also said that dates of some stage shows have been rescheduled. These are expected to be held in March. She is also busy with hosting stage shows now.
