An 85-member delegation of the National Defense College (NDC) on Thursday visited the Ministry of Planning as part of their training programme.
NDC Faculty Member Major General Md Mashuk Razzak led the delegation, said a ministry press release.
Planning Minister MA Mannan welcomed the delegation and briefed them about the country’s economic activities and various development activities of the government.
General Economics Division (GED) Member of the Planning Commission and Senior Secretary Prof Dr Shamsul Alam briefed the delegation through a power-point presentation about the overall operation of the Planning Ministry, including 7th Five Year Plan, Delta Plan 2100 and Annual Development Programme (ADP).
Planning Secretary M Nurul Amin and Planning Commission high official M Kholilur Rahman Khan were present, among others.
