The board of directors of NCC Bank Limited has recently re-elected S. M. Abu Mohsin as chairman of the executive committee, Yakub Ali Montu as chairman of the risk management committee and Md. Amirul Islam as chairman of the audit committee of the board, according to a statement.

Mohsin is the Chairman of Alliance Deep Sea Fishing Limited, JM Shipping Lines, Food & Accommodation Company Limited and Managing Director of Brothers Oxygen Limited.
His father Late S. M. Mozaherul Haq was the founder of Mozaher Group of Industries. Mohsin is also the sponsor director of Continental Insurance Limited and director of Central Hospital Ltd.
