NCC Bank donated Tk 20,30,000 to the National Heart Foundation Hospital and Research Institute (NHFHRI in Feni as a part of its corporate social responsibility recently.
The donation was made as financial assistance to purchase elevators for the hospital, an official handout said on Tuesday. Md Nurun Newaz Salim, Chairman of NCC Bank, handed over the cheque to Abdus Sattar, President of the Executive Council of the NHFHRI at a simple ceremony at Banks’ Head Office recently.
Managing Director and CEO of the Bank Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Deputy Managing Directors Khondoker Nayeemul Kabir and Md Habibur Rahman, SEVP and Head of Operations Muhammad H Kafi, EVP and Company Secretary Md Monirul Alam along with others senior executives of Head office were also present on the occasion.
Chairman of NCC Bank Md Nurun Newaz Selim mentioned the activity, as great initiative and said that NCC Bank is not just doing business for profit but also working for the social responsibility.
In this context, NCC Bank donated the amount to National Heart Foundation Hospital and Research Institute.
