National Board of Revenue (NBR) is going to organize an ‘Income Tax Week’ from November 24 to 30 to provide taxpayers with all tax related services, including filing of income tax return.
“We’ve decided to hold income tax week for the first time to offer taxpayers all tax related services as there will be no scope for submission of tax return after November 30,” said NBR member Md Abdur Razzak.
He said the Income Tax Week will be held at 649 field level circle offices under the 31 tax zones of the NBR.
Razzak said the ongoing weeklong Income Tax Fair ends tomorrow (Monday) and the individual income taxpayers would not get any scope to submit tax return after November 30.
During the income tax week the taxpayers will be able to complete their tax related activities, he added.
