National Board of Revenue (NBR) has found a VAT (Value Added Tax) dodging of Taka 80.47 lakh by the Methodist English Medium School (MEMS).
A team of Customs, Excise and VAT Commissionerate of Dhaka West led by Assistance Commissioner Zuyela Khanam today conducted a drive today to the MEMS and unearthed the VAT dodging. A case was also filed against MEMS, said a press release.
