NBL arranges business review meeting

National Bank Limited arranged annual Business Review and Budget Session-2016 for managers on Saturday. The meeting was held at 13 different venues all over the country by 13 groups of 191 Branches.
The speakers of the meeting expressed their gratitude to the Board of Directors and thanked all employees of NBL for the success of 2015. They called for achieving more success in 2016 by dint of hard work and professional excellence.
They also urged the Managers, Executives & Officers of the Bank for concerted and proactive efforts for improvement of asset quality and risk management for enhancement of sustainable profitability of the Bank. For upholding the top as well as strong position in the Banking Sector, NBL will continue to upgrade quality of customer services further and ensure proper use of human resources, they also added. NBL has been embarking on a higher level of operational and service delivery platform integrating world-class core banking technology solution that will lead the bank to a challenging positioning in the banking sector.

 As a part of this, Governor has inaugurated two new branches of NBL at Bhawlagonj, Panchaghar and Burimari, Lalmonirhat and two new schools at Panchaghar district, for giving banking services and education to the people of former Enclaves.
To fulfill the dream “Every people of Bangladesh will have a bank account” and for giving loan facilities, NBL has strengthened its activities to accelerate financial inclusion of farmers and deprived people by opening Bank Account at Tk 10.00 only and already we have opened 2712 such accounts.
