Bangladesh Navy became champions of the Walton 3rd Men’s Beach Kabaddi Competition beating Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) by 31-25 points in the final at the Laboni Point in Cox’s Bazar Sea Beach on Sunday.
BGB emerged as the runners-up of the meet while Bangladesh Police and Bangladesh Air Force jointly finished third in the competition.Ferdous of Bangladesh Navy was adjudged the Player of the Tournament.
After the final match, Senior Additional Director of Walton Group FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Assistant Director of Walton Group Kulsum Parvin was with him as the special guest.
Officials of Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation were present at the time.
A total of six teams participated in the kabaddi competition. They are: Bangladesh Police, Bangladesh Air Force, Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defence, BGB, Bangladesh Navy and Bangladesh Jail team.
